FRAGM3NT generation is designed to become more scarce over time. Eligible actions confirmed during the current phase use today's active rate. Earlier participation may therefore generate more FRAGM3NTS for the same eligible activity than participation during a later reduced-emission phase.
Working model: a first epoch of 24 months, further epochs of 18 months, and a halving that reduces the newly earnable ALIGN base reward by 50 percent. Epoch dates are not confirmed yet, so no reduction date is active. A halving only affects future issuance. FRAGM3NTS already confirmed to a balance are never reduced by a later phase change.
