FRAGMENT POLICY.

Under the current protocol configuration, FRAGM3NTS (“Fragments”) are non-transferable utility, participation and progression records used inside the R3ORDR ecosystem. They may be credited for eligible activity confirmed under the active protocol configuration and cannot currently be sent, sold or traded through the Protocol.

R3ORDR may change the technical or legal structure of Fragments in the future, including by introducing transferability, token-based functionality or external interoperability under separate terms. No such development, launch or market is promised, and the current non-transferable configuration remains controlling until an official release expressly states otherwise.

Fragments may be used to measure progression, determine eligibility, establish priority, activate limited-access windows or unlock a specifically described protocol advantage.

Each opportunity may use a balance gate, a lifetime-position requirement, a defined Fragment amount, Entity ownership, Entity level, timing or a combination of these criteria. The applicable requirements are displayed before participation.

Fragment features are identified as Live, Planned, In Development or Coming Soon. Planned concepts, previews, roadmaps and examples are directional and are not commitments to launch, timing, quantity or continued availability.

“Ownership” in the R3ORDR product experience refers to ownership or control of an eligible R3ORDR digital collectible or Entity, subject to the applicable NFT terms. Fragments do not represent shares, equity, voting stock, partnership interests, intellectual-property ownership or any ownership interest in R3ORDR, its brand, an operating entity or its assets.

Holder-first access, ownership advantages and level-based priority are product eligibility mechanics only. They do not create corporate, governance or economic ownership rights unless separate written terms expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility rules, credit amounts, multipliers, caps, claim windows, emission rules, balance requirements, access conditions, transferability, technical format, interoperability and available utilities may change. Values and mechanics shown in the active interface at the time of an action control that action.

A recorded balance does not guarantee that a particular utility, release, advantage or opportunity will remain available.

Credits may require wallet verification, Entity ownership, completion of Mission rules, technical validation, manual review, geographic eligibility or compliance checks. Duplicate claims, bots, manipulated activity, fraudulent signals and activity outside the stated window may be rejected or reversed.

R3ORDR may suspend access or correct balances where necessary to protect the integrity or security of the system.

R3ORDR may update this policy and may add, modify, pause or discontinue Fragment mechanics where reasonably required for product development, security, legal compliance or ecosystem integrity. Material updates should be reflected by a new version or effective date.
